- Is the OnChange Free plan really free?
- Yes. Free includes five active monitors with checks every 30 minutes, text and structured API diffs, automated WCAG scans, all four alert channels, REST API access and 90 days of history. No credit card is required. Visual capture, JavaScript rendering and AI features begin on Pro.
- What happens to my monitors if I downgrade?
- A cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The account then returns to Free limits. Monitors above the five-monitor allowance are paused rather than deleted, and retained history remains available within the 90-day window.
- Are alert channels or REST API access charged separately?
- No. Email, Slack, Discord, webhook delivery and REST API access are included across the published plans. OnChange does not add a per-alert delivery fee. Normal API rate limits and third-party service terms still apply.
- How do website scoping reports fit into these plans?
- Website scoping reports use a separate, coverage-qualified capture flow and do not consume an ongoing monitor slot. A report must fit the configured capture allowance and complete its public-site crawl without a discovery limit. Contact sales before starting unusually large or custom estates.
